What is deleted
- Your account — your name, WhatsApp number, email and sign-in — and every child's profile on it.
- Your family's photos, the characters drawn from them and every drawing and pose of them.
- The bukkid TV videos made for your family, the profiles on Who's watching, what was watched, Learn this progress, and the books' personalised pages.
- Your account is closed straight away: it can't be signed in to, on any device. Everything above is then erased for good after 7 days. Changed your mind? Write to [email protected] within those 7 days.
- What the law asks us to keep — the invoice and payment record of a book order or a plan — is kept, without your name, number, email or photos, for as long as the law requires.
- Plans bought in the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google: deleting your account doesn't stop them. Cancel there first — on iPhone and iPad: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. A plan paid on bukkid.com stops renewing when the account is deleted.
